The Aurora R-VIII School District is seeking applicants for the 2026–2027 school year for a part-time STEAM Teacher / part-time Academic and Behavior intervention support at Pate Early Childhood Center (PK–2). The applicant must possess a valid Missouri teaching certificate or a substitute certificate. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate a student-centered philosophy, along with a strong understanding of effective instructional and intervention practices to support student achievement.

This position provides STEAM instruction through hands-on, inquiry-based learning while also supporting targeted academic interventions and Tier 1 behavioral systems through Pate P.A.C.K.

Aurora operates on a 4-day school week (Monday–Thursday) and offers staff daycare. Benefits include a Board-paid health insurance stipend and paid sick/personal leave.
